About
Brianna Haston is a Hendersonville, NC native and is continuing her passion and education in live theater at Oklahoma City University as a Junior dance performance major. She has been part of the American Spirit and Star Dance Companys throughout her student career. She has also been fortunate enough to perform in several productions at the North Carolina State Theater (Flat Rock Playhouse) including West Side Story, A Flat Rock Christmas and Broadway on the Rock. She has also performed at several different venues such as Carnival Cruises, Disney World, the Holiday Bowl, and The Sugar Bowl. Her passion for dance started at a young age at Pat’s School of Dance in Hendersonville, NC where she received a well-rounded education in ballet, tap, and jazz. Brianna's dream is to be a Radio City Rockette and to continue performing in exciting new productions.
Past
Brianna was born and raised in Hendersonville NC. She started to dance when she was five years old at Pat's School of Dance where she found her love for performing and being on the stage. Throughout our high school career, Brianna could be found on the track where she was a cheerleader, on the stage in the dance team, and even backstage painting set pieces for the school plays.
Present
Brianna is currently a Dance Performance Major in the Ann Lacy School of American Dance and Entertainment at Oklahoma City University. Brianna has been a performer in various companies in the Ann Lacy School including The Star Dance Company, Spirit of Grace Liturgical, and American Spirit. At OCU, Brianna is held to a professional standard and has learned what it's like to be a professional in the industry.
